America has overruled scandalous Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg and donated an incredible $2,067,641 to the legal defense fund of Marine Daniel Penny. Penny stepped in with two other passengers on a New York Subway to subdue a deranged ex-con, Jordan Neely.
Neely has a long rap sheet including trying to kidnap a seven-year-old girl and punching a 67-year-old woman in the face. Neely was homeless and mentally ill. His family was nowhere to be found when he needed them but after Neely’s death, they are all over the media making demands.
No doubt they see a payday at the end of this rainbow but where were they when their brother was living on the streets and needed help? The fundraising page says:
“Daniel Penny is a twenty-four-year-old college student and decorated Marine veteran, facing a criminal investigation stemming from him protecting individuals on a NYC subway train from an assailant who later died.
“Funds are being raised to pay Mr. Penny’s legal fees incurred from any criminal charges filed and any future civil lawsuits that may arise, as well as expenses related to his defense. All contributions are greatly appreciated.
“Any proceeds collected which exceed those necessary to cover Mr. Penny’s legal defense will be donated to a mental health advocacy program in New York City.”
Tim Pool just donated $20,000 saying:
“I just donated $20,000 to Daniel Penny’s Defense fund. Penny is the Subway Good Samaritan and we are lucky to have brave souls like him who are willing to do the right thing.”
In today’s New York Post:
Three men were slashed at a subway station in Corona, Queens early Sunday morning by a man who quickly fled the scene.
Officers rushed to the 7 train station on Junction Boulevard and Roosevelt Avenue at about 5:30 a.m. Sunday after receiving reports of a stabbing on the northbound platform.
Three men were slashed during the dispute, police told The Post.
Two of the three victims were taken to Elmhurst Hospital Center, one with a laceration to the head and the other with a laceration to the neck.
The third victim was taken to New York Presbyterian Hospital with a cut on his arm, officials said.

This is what happens on the subway in New York City & good samaritans like Marine Daniel Penny are not present! Bystanders have to be afraid to intervene because they might be charged with a crime by D.A. Alvin Bragg! Remember to Retweet to share!pic.twitter.com/5ZtRv6Fhip
