Former Attorney General Eric Holder gave up the game in a humiliating way when he slammed a federal court’s decision to stop Biden administration officials from telling social media companies to censor Americans.
The court upheld the Constitution with its ruling, and even though Fauci, Psaki, Karine Jean-Pierre, and the rest were often wrong when they demanded social media companies violate the Constitution and censor our speech and actually spread misinformation, Holder thinks the court’s action was dangerous, not the morons in the White House who were censoring true information.
“Well, this is pretty stupid. And potentially dangerous,” Holder, who served under former President Obama, said of the historic ruling.
Federal Judge Terry Doughty issued a broad preliminary injunction limiting the federal government from policing online content in a 155-page ruling issued Tuesday.
“During the COVID-19 pandemic, a period perhaps best characterized by widespread doubt and uncertainty, the United States Government seems to have assumed a role similar to an Orwellian ‘Ministry of Truth,’” Doughty wrote
Doughty barred White House officials and multiple federal agencies from contacting social-media companies to suppress political views and other speech normally protected from government censorship.
The judge’s opinion in Missouri v. Biden on July 4th, found Biden and his admin were involved in “far-reaching and widespread censorship campaign.”

White House officials, CDC & others are stopped cold. We need to continue the fight to take down the Vast Censorship Enterprise.
Their view of “misinformation” isn’t an excuse to censor. This is the most important free speech case in a generation.
