Former President Donald Trump is endorsing Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) to be the next Speaker of the House.
Trump posted on Truth Social, saying “[Jordan] will be a GREAT Speaker of the House, & has my Complete & Total Endorsement!”
Earlier in the day, it had been reported that Trump told Fox News Digital that he would accept a short-term role as House Speaker.
