A 14-year-old girl in California learned a brutal lesson after she was knocked out cold while attacking a male classmate with a metal bottle and a laptop.
The violent altercation took place at Jehue Middle School in San Bernardino, where the girl repeatedly swung a metal bottle at the boy. When her weapon of choice failed, she hurled a laptop at him—but things quickly took a turn.
In an instant, the boy defended himself, knocking the girl unconscious.
Police confirmed that the girl was the aggressor and that the boy was acting in self-defense. Despite this, both students were charged—the girl with felony assault and the boy with misdemeanor battery.
This controversial case has sparked heated debates about school violence, self-defense, and whether the boy should have been charged at all.
What do you think? Should he face charges for defending himself?
