Columbia University rioter Leqaa Kordia has been arrested by ICE and is being deported to Palestine after Secretary Kristi Noem announced the immigration crackdown.
Kordia had already violated U.S. immigration laws twice by failing to attend classes, causing her visa to be revoked. Despite this, the Biden administration allowed her to remain in the country—until now.
She was previously arrested by the NYPD during the violent Columbia University riots but was released back into the streets. This time, ICE is ensuring she’s sent back for good.
“It is a privilege to be granted a visa to live and study in the United States of America. When you advocate for violence and terrorism, that privilege should be revoked,” Noem stated.
Her arrest raises serious questions about the Biden administration’s lax immigration policies—allowing individuals with revoked visas to stay while participating in anti-American riots.
