Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller and Homeland Security Secretary Kristy Noem secretly orchestrated the deportation of Venezuelan gang members—completely ignoring a last-minute court order that attempted to halt the process.
According to Axios, the Trump administration defied the activist judge’s ruling by ensuring two planes filled with dangerous criminals were already over international waters before the legal blockade could take effect.
Miller reportedly led the effort from the West Wing, working in close coordination with Noem. Few within the administration were even aware of the high-stakes operation, which was designed to remove violent offenders from American soil before left-wing legal interference could protect them.
A senior White House official confirmed that the administration expects this legal battle to reach the Supreme Court and remains confident in a victory.
“This is headed to the Supreme Court. And we’re going to win,” the official stated.
